The R3 Midlands region are holding their next quarterly meeting and AGM. We have an excellent agenda which is being hosted by Ernst & Young LLP at their Birmingham offices, No 1 Colmore Square.
What’s new in 2024? After a tumultuous period of supply chain stresses, inflation and interest rate increases, it feels like we’re past the worst of the macro-stresses in 2024. But this recovery isn’t going to be straightforward. New challenges are emerging, whilst some old ones are still evolving. We will use EY’s latest profit warning data and economic analysis to explore where we see stress and opportunity in 2024, and what we can expect to see in the national and regional economy.
We are excited to be hosting speakers Kirsten Tompkins of Ernst & Young LLP and Douglas Cochran, Barrister, Kings Chambers.
