Outline:

Our panel of experts will consider current AI business trends, lend considerations to the journey ahead and discuss the role of Insolvency Professionals in supporting AI business and pursuing recoveries in an insolvent situation.

The session will start by looking at the rise of AI businesses and how they are funded. Will the AI bubble burst? Will we need strategies and advice around restructuring options?

We will cover issues around realising value when selling a business and the related assets of a company that has developed AI products and software. We will consider also the possible challenges in preserving and selling intangible rights relating to the core AI technology developed and used by the company. 

We will conclude with an overview of possible claims opportunities against directors and third party targets where a company that has developed AI products enters formal insolvency.
