Benefits of a Company Voluntary Arrangement and overview of the standard form

With the expectation that SME companies are likely to be most affected by the pandemic, R3 have developed the R3 Standard Form Covid-19 CVA Proposal and Standard Conditions to provide members (and the profession as a whole) with another tool in their arsenal to assist their clients.

The Standard Form documents are intended for use by SME companies whose businesses have been affected by Covid-19. They are intended to save time and costs, and therefore make CVAs more accessible to the SME market.

Ben Luxford will provide members with a summary of the benefits of a Company Voluntary Arrangement, an overview of the standard form and the incredible work undertaken by the creators of the form.

The interactive panel session will see a mix of advanced and real-time questions being put to a panel of R3’s senior team, giving you the opportunity to ‘Have Your Say’ on recent insolvency developments and issues affecting the region and beyond.
