The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act received Royal Assent on 26th June 2020 and introduces the biggest reforms to the UK’s insolvency framework for almost 20 years.
We are pleased to welcome Paul Bannister, Head of Policy at the Insolvency Service, to our joint virtual event on 7th July 2020. He will be introducing the Act and explaining some of the Policy intentions behind the insolvency measures being introduced. Representatives from all of the RPBs will be putting questions from their membership to Paul to seek clarity on the issues facing the profession today.
