The longest standing ECC member, Grant has also been an ICAEW council member and the London Society of Chartered Accountants President. Qualified as a solicitor, chartered accountant, licensed insolvency practitioner (UK & Gibraltar) & New York attorney, Grant practises in London as in-house counsel, to both KSA insolvency practitioners & SISU distress fund, & in Gibraltar as an accountant partner with Simmons Gainsford.

A visiting Nottingham University insolvency law professor, Grant wrote the leading textbook on protected cell company insolvency & is a Cass Business School, Accounting Faculty, doctoral candidate, in Company Voluntary Arrangement 'z-scoring techniques'. It is hoped the PhD research will assist in insolvency education and practitioners are invited to complete research surveys on -
