Luminar Group was the UK's largest nightclub chain, trading from over 70 sites and employing more that 3,000 people.

In October 2011 Ernst and Young were appointed as administrators. Following a six week trading period and having received over 200
expressions of interest, the administrators successfully sold the business as a going concern, securing a potential tenant for more than 50 leasehold sites and ensuring the ongoing employment of over 2,700 staff.

This webinar will provides an overview on the events leading up to the appointment, challenges encountered during the Luminar Group administration and summarise some of the key learning points from the trading and sale process.
