Personal Insolvency Committee

The Personal Insolvency Committee (PIC) brings together experts in the UK’s personal insolvency framework to develop policy positions that support individuals in financial distress, while ensuring appropriate balance between debtors and creditors. The committee considers the effectiveness of existing personal insolvency solutions, identifies areas for reform and contributes to R3’s responses to consultations and wider policy debates affecting consumers and practitioners alike.
