A course exploring the implications of insolvency upon agricultural businesses and the security held over agricultural business and assets.

Experts in the field will review the implications of insolvency upon a business operating in the field of agriculture and some of the unique issues that need to be addressed in that context. The course may be timely given the anticipated impact upon agricultural businesses following Brexit, given the loss of availability of grants to those operating in this arena.

Reasons to attend:

A review of the legal issues arising will be provided but in addition, significant insight will be given into the issues arising by professionals with significant  experience of dealing with distressed insolvent agricultural businesses.
