R3 works in partnership with others to drive progress across the profession

R3 and Insolvency Service EDI Steering Group

Formed in 2021 by R3 and the Insolvency Service, the Steering Group brings together those working within the restructuring, turnaround and insolvency profession to identify and address barriers to equity, diversity and inclusion.

Every year the Steering Group sets and delivers an annual Action Plan, which outlines its workstreams for the year ahead and its key achievements from the previous 12 months.

D and I Champions 

The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Champions (‘Champions’) are drawn from within the turnaround, restructuring and insolvency profession and support the work of the Steering Group to encourage more people to enter the profession, share best practice and evolve the EDI agenda in insolvency and restructuring.
