Membership registration – card payment

Step 1: Navigate to the membership page

Go to the membership page here: https://r3.org.uk/membership/ Choose either Full Membership or Professional Membership and click through. Do this without any further guidance so we can check whether the membership options are easy to find and select.

Step 2: Fill out the membership form

Fill out the membership registration form. Complete all required details and continue through the form until you reach the payment options.

Step 3: Choose card payment

Select the card payment option, accept the terms and conditions, and submit the form to proceed to payment.

Step 4: Complete payment in WorldPay

On the WorldPay checkout page, click the Visa icon. Enter the test card details provided below. No real payment will be taken. Card number: 4444 3333 2222 1111. Security code: any three digits. Expiry date: any future date. Cardholder name: any name. Any business address. For the cardholder email address, use your own email address if you want to receive the WorldPay confirmation email. Any valid email address can be used.

Step 5: Submit the WorldPay payment

Click the icon next to Make Payment at the bottom of the WorldPay payment page.

Step 6: Continue through the WorldPay test simulator

After submitting the payment, you should be taken to a secure test simulator page. Do not change anything on this page. Click Continue.

Step 7: Confirm return from WorldPay

After continuing through the secure payment pages, check that you are redirected back to the website and shown the order received or payment confirmation page.

Step 8: Check the order details

On the order received page, check that the membership registration details are correct.

Step 9: Check confirmation emails

Check that you received the expected emails. You should receive an order received email and a payment status confirmation email.
