Step 3: Review the event details Review the event page and check whether you can clearly see the main event information, including What to expect, Schedule, Sponsors, Location, and Time.

Step 4: Log in before booking Still on the event page, proceed to the Make a booking section. Click the login link and log in using your R3 member credentials. This allows you to see the correct member-grade pricing before adding tickets.

Step 5: Add your own ticket In the ticket quantity section, add one ticket. This will add you as the first and primary delegate.

Step 6: Add a delegate ticket Add a second ticket. This ticket is for an additional delegate. If you have a delegate ID or an email address for someone who is already a member, enter it into the delegate search field and click the add button. If you do not have a delegate ID or member email address, use the Quick Add Delegate button instead. Enter the delegate’s title, first name, surname, and email address, then add the delegate.

Step 7: Review selected items and add to basket Review the selected booking items at the bottom of the booking section. Once the items are correct, click Add to basket.

Step 8: Check the header basket Hover over the basket icon in the header navigation and check that your booking items appear in the mini basket.

Step 9: Open the basket While hovering over the mini basket in the header, click the Basket button.

Step 10: Edit your basket On the basket page, click Edit. Remove the additional delegate ticket that you added during the booking process, but keep your own ticket. After removing the delegate ticket, confirm the changes using the button at the bottom of the edit basket section.

Step 11: Proceed to checkout Once your basket has been updated and only your own ticket remains, click Proceed to Checkout.

Step 12: Review checkout details Review your checkout details and confirm that the booking information is correct.

Step 13: Select card payment Select the card payment option, accept the terms and conditions, and click Pay now or the checkout submit button. This is a test payment route only.

Step 14: Complete payment in WorldPay On the WorldPay checkout page, click the Visa icon. Enter the test card details provided below. No real payment will be taken. Card number: 4444 3333 2222 1111. Security code: any three digits. Expiry date: any future date. Cardholder name: any name. Any business address. For the cardholder email address, use your own email address if you want to receive the WorldPay confirmation email. Any valid email address can be used.

Step 15: Submit the WorldPay payment Click the icon next to Make Payment at the bottom of the WorldPay payment page.

Step 16: Continue through the WorldPay test simulator After submitting the payment, you should be taken to a secure test simulator page. Do not change anything on this page. Click Continue.

Step 17: Confirm return from WorldPay After continuing through the secure payment pages, check that you are redirected back to the website and shown the order received or payment confirmation page.
