Across the day, you will explore how to effectively plan an administration and manage critical “Day 1” issues, navigate property and landlord considerations (including expenses of the Administration), and address stock, retention of title (RoT), and key trading risks. The course also covers employee matters when continuing to trade and strategies for retaining staff, as well as sales contracts and contracting as an administrator.
