What to Expect
R3 and the North West Committee invite you to our International Women’s Day 2026 celebration at Xeinadin, Manchester.
Join us for a lunchtime event exploring the experiences, strengths, and leadership potential of neurodivergent women. This inclusive session welcomes everyone to build understanding, reduce stigma, and better support women with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodiversity.
In line with this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” we’ll highlight how empathy, awareness, and inclusive leadership create stronger teams and healthier workplaces.
Our guest speaker, Liz Rowlands MSc, will share insights on how ADHD and autism often present differently in women, why many are under-identified, and how this affects wellbeing and performance. She will offer practical steps for creating more supportive environments.
This event is particularly valuable for accountants, insolvency practitioners, and solicitors working in high-pressure roles where neurodivergent women may face unique challenges and bring exceptional strengths.
We look forward to welcoming you.
