R3 is the association for the entire community of the UK’s world-class restructuring, turnaround and insolvency profession whatever the size of their practice, their experience or their specialism.
R3’s vision is to be the thriving association at the heart of an effective, respected and world leading restructuring, turnaround and insolvency profession. Championing, supporting, developing and bringing together members at every stage of their career to raise standards, share knowledge and highlight expertise within the profession. Promoting the profession
R3 delivers the collective voice of our members on the issues and legislative changes that affect them, the work they do and the businesses and individuals with whom they work.

R3 brings our community of members together at a range of national and regional events, offering unique networking and learning opportunities.

R3 is the UK’s leading provider of training for restructuring, turnaround and insolvency professionals delivering expert training, by the profession, for the profession, raising technical and ethical standards and promoting best practice.

R3 promotes our profession as a great place to work, which offers a variety of career paths and roles supporting businesses and individuals navigate financial difficulties, and drawing on a diverse range of skills from problem-solving and analysis to people and communications skills.
Thinking globally
R3 is the largest association within INSOL International and R3 members automatically receive membership of INSOL International, giving access to global networks, and internationally focused training and resources.
