What to Expect

R3 Scotland Regional Committee invites members to a face-to-face discussion on the future of insolvency regulation, taking place on 9 March 2022 at 17:00 in the offices of French Duncan, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB.

Following publication of the Government’s consultation on the future of insolvency regulation, which proposes significant reforms to the UK’s insolvency regulatory framework, R3 is gathering views from members across the UK to help inform its response.

R3 CEO Caroline Sumner will give a short presentation on the Government’s proposals and their implications for the profession, followed by an open discussion with attendees. The session is intended to give members an opportunity to debate what the proposed changes could mean for their practice and firm.
