What to Expect
This virtual regional meeting will explore a series of current hot topics in restructuring and insolvency. Each topic will be introduced by an expert in the field before moving into smaller breakout-room discussions and debate.
Participants will rotate between breakout rooms, spending 15 minutes on each topic with the relevant panellist.
Discussion themes include FCA and insurance issues arising from coronavirus business interruption, trends and regional experience in schemes, CVAs and restructuring plans, and recent pre-pack administration reform.
