What to Expect

The R3 Yorkshire Committee invites regional colleagues, members and non-members to a technical breakfast briefing.

The legal update will examine the definition of a secured creditor under the Insolvency Act 1986 in light of the recent decisions in Hobson v OAS Realisations Ltd, Re Pindar (Scarborough) Ltd and Toogood International Transport and Agricultural Ltd, and will also consider the concept of misfeasance trading following the decision in Re BHS Group Ltd.

The committee hopes to welcome attendees from across the region. Places are limited, so early booking is recommended.
