What to Expect
The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act received Royal Assent on 26 June 2020 and introduces the biggest reforms to the UK’s insolvency framework for almost 20 years.
This virtual event welcomes Paul Bannister, Head of Policy at the Insolvency Service, to introduce the Act and explain some of the policy intentions behind the insolvency measures being introduced.
Representatives from the recognised professional bodies will put questions from their memberships to Paul, helping to clarify the issues facing the profession.
