The Future of Insolvency Regulation: Views from the Northwest Region

What to Expect

Following the publication of the Government’s consultation on the future of insolvency regulation, which proposes fundamental reforms to the UK’s insolvency regulatory framework, R3 is inviting members from across the country to share their views and help inform its response.

R3 CEO Caroline Sumner and Head of Press, Policy and Public Affairs James Jeffreys will give a short presentation on the proposals and what they could mean for the profession, followed by an open discussion with attendees on the proposed changes.

This event offers members an opportunity to discuss openly what the potential reforms could mean for their practice and firm, and marks the Northwest region’s first face-to-face event of 2022.
