Outline:

The North East committee welcome all colleagues across the region to hear from Graham Briggs, Manolete & Partners who will provide a look at the various avenues of redress where there is fraud upon the application for a bounce back loan and/or the loan monies are used for an improper purpose. This follows September 2022 data released by BEIS estimating that over GBP1bn in value of bounce back loans are subject to fraud.

Hosted at Azet’s Newcastle offices, there will be an opportunity to network and enjoy some drinks and a buffet.

We welcome all R3 members and non-members in the North East community to join us for this regional meeting.
