The Future of Insolvency Regulation: Views from the London and Southeast Region

What to Expect

Following the publication of the Government’s consultation on the future of insolvency regulation, which proposes fundamental reforms to the UK’s insolvency regulatory framework, R3 is giving members across the country an opportunity to contribute their views and help inform its response.

R3 CEO Caroline Sumner and Head of Press, Policy and Public Affairs James Jeffreys will give a short presentation on the Government’s proposals and what they mean for the profession, followed by an open discussion with attendees on the proposed changes.

As part of a series taking place across R3’s regions and nations, this event offers members in the London and Southeast region a chance to debate openly what the potential changes could mean for their practice and firm. It also marks the region’s first face-to-face event of 2022.
