This regional meeting will examine the new pre-pack reforms that came into force in April and the impact they may have as government support measures are withdrawn.

A panel of speakers will discuss what the reforms mean for insolvency practitioners and explore the role of the new evaluator, drawing on perspectives from a lawyer, an insolvency practitioner and an evaluator, followed by an opportunity for questions.

The event also includes a caselaw update from Enterprise Chambers covering key developments from the previous six months.
