Outline:
After a three year hiatus, the 17th annual R3 & INSOL Europe Conferenceon cross-border restructuring and insolvency returns to London on 15 June 2023. Taking place at the sumptuous venue, No.11 Cavendish Square, a stone’s throw away from Oxford Circus.
This border restructuring and insolvency conference is co-hosted by the UK trade body, R3, and its European wide equivalent, INSOL Europe, the first such conference since 2019.
The in-person one-day conference is aimed at all restructuring and insolvency professionals with an interest in cross-border matters. This conference is aimed not only at UK and other European lawyers and insolvency practitioners but at all professionals interested in cross-border restructuring and insolvency, including financial advisers, lenders, distressed asset investors, judges and academics.
The conference programme has been designed to bring together practitioners from across the memberships and beyond to share experiences and debate topical cross-border issues. Sessions will cover the latest insights, direct from top practitioner experts in the field. Delegates will gain insight into the most recent developments and trends in this fast moving area.
There will be opportunities for networking with other delegates throughout the day and during the drinks reception.
