What to Expect
The R3 Southern & Thames Valley Committee invites colleagues and contacts to its second technical breakfast briefing of 2024.

They will discuss the recent increase in complaints about the reasonableness of fees charged by insolvency practitioners, the outcome of recent disciplinary cases highlighting issues with remuneration levels, current trends, and the quality assurance monitoring process.
