What to Expect

R3 and the Southern & Thames Valley Regional Committee invite new professionals, non-members and colleagues to network and develop their communication skills by learning how to manage challenging situations and difficult people.

The session will be led by leadership consultant Astrid Davies, who brings 35 years of experience running high-performing teams.

The workshop will include interactive elements and group discussions designed to support new professionals as they progress in their careers and navigate difficult conversations.

Coffee, tea and a choice of bacon, sausage or vegan sausage baps will be provided. Attendees should indicate their meal preference when booking.
