The R3 Midlands region are holding their next quarterly meeting. We have an excellent agenda which is being hosted by St Philips Chambers at their Birmingham offices.

We will be joined by Ali Tabari, Barrister and Mediator, St Philips Chambers, his session; Game-changers? Recent cases on s.423 IA, and what the future holds, will cover the recent 423 cases including El-Husseiny, Purkiss and the future of the section 423 claim.

We will also be joined by Tom Russell who will be covering his R3 presidential aims for the year, including details of the Bursary Scheme/Mentoring Scheme as well as R3’s new website.

After the sessions there will time for networking with colleagues across the profession with drinks.

Please note an AGM will also take place during the meeting.
