What to Expect

R3 and the R3 in Scotland Committee invite you to the next R3 WOSIF event, a legal update on extensions and remuneration requests in administrations.

The event will take place at the offices of Pinsent Masons in Glasgow on Tuesday 19 November from 4pm to 6pm.

Joanne Gillies, Natalie Colaluca and Jacob Hay will provide an update on administration extensions and remuneration requests following the recent Pindar Scarborough [2024] and Boughey v Toogood [2024] rulings.

There will also be time to network with others in the profession after the presentation.
