What to Expect
The Personal Insolvency Forum is a one-day event in London on 22 February 2024 focused on the key issues facing insolvency practitioners.
The forum will provide practical insights and technical updates on everyday challenges in personal insolvency cases, with opportunities to engage with important policy developments across the sector.
Sessions will include an update from the Insolvency Service alongside topical discussions such as the personal liability of directors and supporting colleagues through stressful case situations.
The day also offers opportunities to build new connections and reconnect with peers, including a networking drinks reception at the end of the forum.

- 10:10 – 11:00Wellbeing: Looking after your colleagues in stressful case situations — A session on recognising when staff are struggling with stressful case situations and signposting them to support, with a focus on leadership, wellbeing, and resilience in insolvency practice.
