These courses are an absolute must for junior administrators with 0 to 3 years’ experience and other industry related professionals, including junior solicitors.
The R3 Practical Introduction to Insolvency Work Series provides essential training to ensure your junior staff are developing their core skills for the benefit of your Practice. Unique to the R3 programme of events, this series draws on the knowledge and experience of speakers from the top of the profession who are working with the latest legislation and the most recent cases. Delegates will learn by application as they are guided through real life case studies and interactive exercises. Day five will cover the more technical and challenging areas of Tax, TUPE, and ERA, focusing on tax compliance issues, priorities of taxes as a expense of the insolvent estate, basic corporation and personal tax computations, TUPE, ERA claims and making staff redundant
