On 30 April 2021 it is expected that the new Administration (Restrictions on Disposal etc. to Connected Persons) Regulations 2021 will come into effect. Once in force an administrator will be unable to make ‘a substantial disposal’ of a company property to a connected party within eight weeks of the administration commencing without creditor approval, or an independent written qualifying report produced by an evaluator.

You will hear from the policy lead behind the new regulations together with the thoughts of insolvency practitioners, insolvency regulators and R3. The Pre-Pack Pool will also explain how it is well placed to meet the requirements of the new regulations. This webinar will focus on the role of the evaluator and provides a unique opportunity to hear from the Insolvency Service, R3, Insolvency Regulators, Pre-Pack Pool, and IPs.
