Biography:
As the Head of R3’s Press, Policy and Public Affairs team, James is responsible for leading R3’s engagement with the Government, Parliament, stakeholders and the media.
James is also responsible for developing R3’s policy positions and communicating them to key decision makers.
Prior to joining R3, James worked as a Senior Parliamentary Researcher for a Cabinet Minister, after having studied Economics at Cardiff University.
