General Technical Committee
The General Technical Committee (GTC) deals with issues of importance and significance to the profession. It keeps all UK and relevant EU legislation under review as well as prospective legislative changes and other matters affecting insolvency law and practice. The GTC produces high-quality technical resources for members, including technical bulletins, technical alerts and general guidance. It also supports other R3 committees and staff by providing specialist technical expertise. The committee is multidisciplinary and includes practising insolvency practitioners, solicitors, advocates and academics, providing a breadth of expertise and experience.
