Chris leads the team that supports and provides in-house Quantity Surveying consultancy services for IG Construct. Chris’s experience within the insolvency sector, enables him to provide important advisory services to Insolvency Practitioners and Banks alike. Chris has been working in the construction industry since 2004 and has provided key advisory support for clients on many UK construction insolvencies and delivered a multitude of services to banks, asset-based lenders and insolvency practitioners. He is experienced in the successful delivery of projects and professional services and has a comprehensive understanding of property development specialising in Recovery & Restructuring and Funder Due Diligence. Chris has a wealth of experience delivering a variety of projects ranging in value from £500k to £80m including hotels, health care facilities, residential, industrial, student accommodation, extensive refurbishment (listed buildings) and commercial premises. Chris holds a well-respected position within the industry, given his experience, where his opinion and expert advice is often sought.
