Laurence leads it's work on matters related to insolvency, high street renewal and regeneration. This includes the BPP's public-policy lobbying on CVAs and pre-packaged administrations in recent years. While at the BPF Laurence has also managed its engagement with financially-distressed firms and their IPs on corporate restructurings.
