As a Partner in DLA Piper's Restructuring practice, I typically advise in turnaround situations with the objective of protecting and maximising value for stakeholders. Our firm is a longstanding Corporate Member of the IFT. Our global team has experience across all key sectors. I have particular expertise in advising corporate clients, their management teams and investors on business rescue and transformation. This includes a number of mandates in consumer-facing sectors; hospitality and leisure, retail, energy, financial services, travel and aviation, amongst others. I sit on the committees for DLA Piper’s retail and hospitality and leisure sector groups.
