He has been with BDO as a partner since 2006; and has over 30 years' experience working on corporate advisory and formal insolvency assignments. Acted as Liquidator of Rangers FC, which involved legal actions in England and Scotland. These resulted in recoveries of more than £30 million. Joint Administrator of Heart of Midlothian – successfully exited via CVA. Joint Administrator of Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC – successfully exited via CVA. Currently acting as Trustee in a large sequestration (Scottish bankruptcy) with debts of over £100 million.
