Laura Prescott is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner licensed to act in the UK with over 15 years’ insolvency experience providing guidance to individuals in financial difficulty as well as to stakeholders of distressed businesses. During her insolvency career, Laura has acted as an Office Holder in a wide range of corporate and personal insolvency cases, with practical experience in managing large portfolios of personal insolvency appointments across the whole of the UK, including multiple portfolio acquisitions. Laura holds a BA Hons degree in Law, a Masters in Employment Law and is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association Regulation and Conduct Committee.
