Max advises creditors, debtors and insolvency office holders on complex multijurisdictional financial restructurings, formal insolvency proceedings, contingency planning, security enforcement and distressed M&A transactions. Max has recently acted on a number of high-profile situations in the UK regulated utilities space including Thames Water and Bulb Energy. Max has also recently acted on a number of renewable energy restructurings and on the offshore restructurings of two of the largest Chinese real estate developers. Max sits on the Training and Development Committee of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3).
