Stuart Morris is an Associate Director in Teneo’s Financial Advisory team in London. He has a wide range of restructuring experience, supporting stakeholders of businesses in distressed situations across multiple jurisdictions including South Africa, Germany and the British Virgin Islands. His recent experience has included providing contingency planning advice to corporates and implementing restructuring solutions through the use of CVAs or RPs. Stuart was also recently seconded to Teneo’s BVI office to support on the liquidation of Three Arrows Capital, a cryptocurrency hedge fund, with a specific focus on investigations and asset recovery. Stuart is a member of the ICAEW and is a qualified insolvency practitioner.
