He paves a trail that others haven't. In the first role of its kind, Seb was headhunted as Development Coach for global social media marketing agency, Social Chain. From 2020-2023, he supported the UK wide team, coaching hundreds of young employees around their mindset, confidence and approach to their work. In 2022, Seb was also selected as part of the first cohort of coach for students at UA92, an education provider who recognised the importance of a holistic approach to learning by considering both the personal and academic aspects of students' lives. In 2023, Seb was enlisted as the first male to work for the women's committee Bloom North as their Head of Allyship, to engage more men in the dialogue around gender equity and more specifically. the part they can play in achieving that. The Helpful Space Seb's successful coaching consultancy The Helpful Space, founded in 2019, now brings 1-2-1 coaching, workshops and talks to a host of progressive businesses.
