Graham is a partner in the international law firm, Eversheds-Sutherland LLP based in Dublin. Graham is also an attorney-at-law in the State of New York and is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales. Graham has over twenty years’ experience acting as a solicitor advocate in Ireland’s Superior Courts. He is recognised by a number of publications as a leading practitioner in insolvency and intellectual property disputes and has appeared in the majority of the seminal cases in these areas. Graham also has extensive experience in arbitration. Graham is a member of the Council of the Law Society of Ireland and has previously been a lecturer on a number the Law Society’s Higher Diploma Courses. Graham is also a member of the Litigation Committee of the Law Society of Ireland. Graham is a CEDR accredited mediator and a director of the charity Tuath Housing which is Ireland’s largest social housing body, currently managing over 10,000 properties.
