Edward Saidu is a qualified solicitor and has also passed the JIEB exams. Having practiced as an insolvency lawyer for many years he currently works as part of the RSM Restructuring Advisory Technical Team. He provides guidance on technically difficult aspects of insolvency law in practice as well as updates on the shifting of the legal landscape resulting from statutory and case law developments.
