Chief ICC Judge Briggs Chief Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Briggs was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in 1994. As a barrister he specialised in the law of insolvency and company law. He was appointed to his first judicial post of Deputy in 2007 and appointed a full-time Judge in 2015. In 2017 he was appointed Chief ICC Judge and in 2019 a Deputy High Court Judge (Chancery)
