Bill has spent over half his life working in insolvency, first at OR Gloucester as an insolvency examiner, then at ACCA as a compliance officer, before setting up Compliance On Call with Gareth Limb in 2005. Gareth retired in March 2025 and Katy Walker joined in January to take over his role. Compliance On Call specialise in insolvency compliance for smaller firms, and Bill relies on Katy and Jenny to help maintain the firm’s reputation for technical excellence. Bill is a Fellow of ACCA and R3, and a Member of the IPA. He moved even further into the Forest of Dean in 2024 and relies on the peace and tranquility to help manage the day-to-day pressures of work…along with a fairly extensive whisky collection for when work gets too much.
