Andrew is a barrister at 3 Hare Court. He has acted in several of the most significant cross-border fraud cases of the last decade, including SKAT, Privatbank and Trust Bank. A large proportion of his practice is international and he has worked with clients and lawyers from numerous jurisdictions around the world. Andrew has particular expertise in freezing injunctions and he regularly speaks and writes on the subject. He recently co-published a series of articles with Andrew Ayres KC to celebrate the upcoming 50th anniversary of the seminal Mareva case. Sir Bernard Rix, who acted as counsel for the applicant in Mareva, provided the foreword and said: "Their bang up to date essays on the cutting-edges of the modern law provide all by themselves a fascinating insight into how the law may develop over a mere half-century."
