Alistair can help you review your current risk mitigation and transfer arrangements with the aim of providing assurance that they are as effective as they can be as well as identifying opportunities for improvement in future. Prior to working for Marsh, he qualified as a solicitor handling the defence of both civil litigation and regulatory prosecutions against organisations and individuals. Alistair has extensive experience of working in a wide range of industry sectors having worked with a mixture of private and public entities. This includes representing individuals and companies during criminal and civil proceedings. Alistair’s current client work includes supporting clients in relation to all areas of risk, understanding their current needs, identifying effective risk management strategy, and connecting them with Marsh’s team of risk specialists as required. He frequently presents at industry events on risk management and contributes to articles on risk management for Marsh and professional trade publications.
