Alexis Anaman leads the Valuation team within our EMEA Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice. Alexis specialises in providing valuation advice in the context of restructurings. Alexis has provided valuation advice in over 150 restructuring matters including high-profile, complex restructurings involving multi-billion euro turnover businesses. His experience includes providing valuation opinions in the context of Restructuring Plans, Schemes, WHOAs, pre-packaged administrations, and share pledge enforcements and share appropriations. He also has significant experience providing valuation opinions in transaction contexts. Alexis also has significant transaction experience, having acted as financial advisor in over 30 completed M&A, capital raising and restructuring assignments. M&A experience includes leading several distressed sale processes. Restructuring experience includes advising a company on the successful restructuring of a c. €1.5bn loan. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Alexis worked in Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Finance team. Alexis holds a degree in Economics from Cambridge University and is a CFA Charterholder.
