Alex is a Director in EY-Parthenon with over 20 years of restructuring experience advising clients on their legal entity rationalisation projects, solvent liquidations, and complex restructurings. With a degree in Economics and Accountancy, they are a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and have passed the JIEB exams. Alex has worked on a number of large legal entity rationalisation projects and s110 reconstructions, overseeing the winding up of hundreds of entities via members' voluntary liquidation. Their experience spans complex organisational structures, providing clients with informed guidance through challenging restructuring processes.
