Nicky is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 30 years' experience across the industry dealing with a variety of businesses. In 2006 Nicky and Chris Herron formed Herron Fisher, a boutique insolvency practice with offices in Eastbourne and Croydon. Nicky is a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and the Association of Accounting Technicians. Having been a national council member for several years, in 2017 Nicky was elected President of the AAT and was R3 President in 2023.
