Ross Gemmell, FCA Ross joined the FCA in 2018 and is a manager in the Resolution & Insolvency department. Ross is a qualified accountant and insolvency practitioner, with over 20 years’ experience in corporate recovery. Ross has spent the last 6 years at the FCA leading teams in CASS Supervision and Resolution, working on a wide range of portfolios and regulated firms. Ross now manages one of the teams in the department and oversees the relationship with the supervision teams in our Motor Finance, SIPPs and High-Cost Credit departments and our work on those firms, amongst others. Prior to joining the FCA Ross worked for mid-tier and Big 4 insolvency teams, managing teams responsible for a wide portfolio of distinctive international assignments across a diverse range of sectors and clients including financial services, real estate, retail, charitable giving, healthcare, and international industrial groups.
